Registration and membership

1. About registration
With an eye on the setup and the safety of browsing the Internet, and in view of the regulations and stipulations concerning website, only our registered members, either service providers or consumers, can bid and post project in HelloChina. You are suggested to complete registration and perfect your personal information to obtain services restricted to registered members.

2. How to register?
1) Login to HelloChina.com, and click the "Join Now" button in the top of the homepage
2) Select your user type, then click "Sign Up".
3) Enter the registration page, and fill in your valid e-mail address, nickname and password.
4) After registration succeeds, login to your e-mail to check activation and fill in the personal information in the activation page.

3. Notes:
1) Nickname: At least 2 character, including letters, numbers and underline. If you are not sure whether your user name is being used by others, please click the "Check the validity of username".

2) Password: It consists of at least 6 characters except the Spacebar. Combination of letter and number can make your password safer. Don't use birthday, cell phone number, name or sequential numbers as password in case of theft.

3) Confirm Password: Make sure it is the same as the password you write above.

4) E-mail: Please fill in your most-used and valid e-mail address. It will be used for the activation of your username, and as an important way of communication between HelloChina and other members. One e-mail address can be used only once.

5)  Verifying Code: For the sake of safety, you should type in the verifying code appeared on the picture.

6) If your username is not activated in time, HelloChina has the right to dispose it.

4. What should I do if I forget my password?

Click "Forget password" in the login page, and submit your registered e-mail. HelloChina will send the link of password modification to you. You can check your e-mail for the link and modify your password.
