E-mail/Identity Verification

1. What is e-mail verification?Why it is important?
It's the way to verify the validity of the registered e-mail, through which the rights of users can be protected better. The registered e-mail can be used to find your password and account in case that your forget them. Besides, it is one of the most important tool through which HelloChina can interact with its users, including sending messages, cashout confirmation, complaint reply, etc. Once verified, it can't be used by others to register again.

2. What is identity verification?Why it is important?
It's the way to verify the authenticity of user profile, through which the mutual trust can be established and the rights of all users can be protected better.  All the members with identity verification can post projects, cashout from your account more freely and safer. In other words, once identity verified, you obtain the basics to use HelloChina, and can get related credit scores and special service authorized by HelloChina. 　

3. Issues about identity verification 
1) The information in your profile must be the same as that in your valid credentials. 
2) Types of credentials: Valid ID Card, certificate of registered residency, passport, scanned copy of driving license, business license or other valid license. Clarity is required.
3) The both sides of  ID Card and IC-typed ID Car should be scanned and uploaded,
4) Image format(JPG,GIF,PNG), size: within 200Kb

4. How to complete identity verification? 
The identity verification is categorized as individual identity verification and corporate identity verification. 
1) Individual identity verification. 
A. There are two parts---personal information and credential verification. The identity verification succeeds once both parts are complete.
B. Users should fill in authentic personal information and provide legible copies of valid credentials such as ID Card, certificate of registered residency, translation certificate, guide certificate, diplomas, etc. 

2) Corporate identity verification 
A. There are two parts---corporate profile and credential verification. The identification succeeds once both parts are complete. 
B. Users should fill in authentic company information and provide legible copies of valid credentials such as business license, corporate code, ID Card of corporate representative etc. 

C. The verified corporate users can be granted special service from HelloChina.
