How do I pay?

1. Basics for transaction     

Have PayPal account or credit card which can pay online. Bundle your PayPal account with HelloChina.


2. Before payment 

1) You can search for the information of service providers, with whom they communicate via "Enquiry". If they accept the offer, you can fill an order. 


2) Once the order is verified, the service provider will be notified via "Alert". If the order is accepted, the transaction begins.

 

3) You will be notified via "Alert" to fill more details in the order and step into the payment procedure.

 

3. Procedure of payment
1) A payment order is generated by system, and you transfer the payment to PayPal account through credit card or PayPal.

 

2) Once receiving the information of user profile and payment from PayPal, HelloChina will notify the service provider with "Payment Succeed, Service Pending" .

 

3) The payment appeared as "Locked"in the service provider's account, and it will last until the service terminates or within other timeframe. During this period, the payment can't be withdrawn to the private PayPal account.

 

4) During this period, you can lodge complaint to the service provider or apply for refund. If not, the payment will be unlocked and transferred into the service provider's account, Under this circumstance, you give up the right to apply for refund, and the refund application will be invalid once it is overdue. However, you can still lodge complaint about the service provider, and the refund will be deposited into your SafePay account.
