How to open personal account

1. Click “Sign Up” in any page for registration.

2. Fill a registration form.

3. Click to register

4. Check your e-mail

5. Click the link in the confirmation e-mail

6. Type in your password

7. Click to confirm

8. Registration succeeds, and your PayPal account can be used.
