How the service terminates?

① Service Review

You review and rate the service, if no demurral, it means the service is accepted.

Remuneration

A transaction history will appear as “Pre-payment Locked” once you send money to the order confirmed by the provider. When the service terminates, both sides should confirm it in the order, and then you click “Payment Confirmed” to pay the provider.

③ Two status for the transaction   

1. Once the payment confirmed, the transaction status will be “Payment Confirmation Being Verified”. After verification, the status will be “Payment succeed, and your balance has been deducted”

2.  If you don’t confirm the payment, and lodge complaint, it will be considered as dissatisfaction for the service.
